We love the crates. Joss was happy not to roll every time I hit the brakes. I knew they would be nice but they surpassed my expectations. The one thing I didn't expect was to be able to see out the back window because they are so much more open than the plastic crates.

You know, I've wanted to tell you how ingenious these crates are, from your "sardine can" latching mechanism, to the thin bar riser, the non-rattle but easy to remove water pails. There's not one thing about them that isn't absolutely elegant in the way they've been designed and executed. I can't wait to slip those crates right into my truck and throw out those crummy things that Bacco has destroyed!!! It will be so nice not to worry about him whenever I leave my truck unattended.
They fit perfectly and, the first day that Bacco was in the crates during training, I could hear him scratching and pawing at the door. But, no one ever said my dog was stupid and, once he accepted the fact that he was not going to power-house his way through THESE doors, he hasn't tried since. Whew!!!! So, you can see I really needed help!!!
They are truly the Cadillac of all custom crates and, of course, I will recommend you to my friends and acquaintances. I could not be happier.

The crate did arrive this past Friday in excellent condition. Your packaging on the pallet was superb and very well padded. Installation in the Yukon XL Saturday morning was quick and easy. You certainly used every bit of available space in the cargo area yet left enough room for latching everything together. The feet on the bottom of the gun box are positioned perfectly with no room to spare. My husband and myself are simply in awe of this set up. Words truly cannot describe how professional and luxurious everything is. Please do not hesitate in any way to use me as a reference. You do not need to contact me to inform me you have passed my phone number on to a prospective client. We dog people stick together and I never have an issue with someone calling me. Also, if someone wants to see this set up in person I would be happy to show it if they are in the Atlanta area. Attached are some photos --- but they don't do it justice...... Mark, the crates are absolutely awesome. I am so pleased with them -- and they fit perfectly. The trucking company helped me unwrap them -- they sure were impressed with the packing job! -- and I slid them right in. Tomorrow I'll work on securing them to the platform. I can't wait to let the dogs have a test ride and show them off. I will definitely get pictures and send them to you.

I hope I never need to test them, but I feel confident that the dogs will be much safer riding in them and I'm pleased that they will also be comfortable and be able to see. So many of the other aluminum crates look like hamster boxes with holes punched in them for air.

I got the crate the day you called but I couldn't look at it because it was all boxed up and the Sheriff didn't want to open it until it was ready to be put in just in case they had to move it...?? Anyways, it was installed in my vehicle this last week and I got it Thursday!

The crate is awesome and the drawers are bigger than what I thought they would be. I am very pleased with it! My SUV is decked out pretty sweet and all the officers are impressed with it. They are more impressed with the crate though!! I'm definitely recommending you to all my K-9 buddies!
